WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE?  We cannot apply a discount code to your order after you have already completed your purchase, so pay attention when you check out.

 

WHAT IS MY SHIPPING COST? Shipping is FREE in the USA, $10 to Canada, & $25 International.

 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT? Boxes will be sent within 1 business day of ordering the first time. After that, we will ship a box the same day every month until you cancel your subscription. For example, if your first order is June 9, we will ship a box on June 10th and then again on July 10th, August 10th, etc...

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Most U.S. orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days from the date it has been shipped out.

International orders may take up to 3-5 weeks to be delivered depending on customs policies for your country. Free shipping discount codes do not apply to international orders. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs to release your package. We are not liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION? Yes. There is no commitment. You can cancel or pause at any time.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS IF I HATE THEM? Yes, within reason. If you absolutely hate something, we will let you swap it once or twice over the course of a multiple month subscription. However, these are mystery boxes for a reason. We will follow your suggestions given to us in the quiz, so pay attention to it.
