Yes you can pause or cancel anytime. You may do so in the link provided by the subscription email you receive right after ordering. If you need to update your preferences, the system requires us to cancel your current subscription and start a new one. Please contact customer service for further assistance in doing so and they'll be happy to help.

We offer two options: you can either get a subscription where we send you a package once every month, once every 2 months, or once every 3 months, unless you pause or cancel OR you can do a one-time purchase of any box (we now accept PayPal on the one-time purchases only).
